EERA Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0
Effective date: 18 October 2026
Terms reference: 2026-10-18-v1.0

1. About EERA

These Terms & Conditions apply to the EERA website, Wix member experience, My EERA individual portal, EERA for Business portal, and any related online features operated by EERA LTD.

Legal company: EERA LTD
Company number: 17504364
Registered office: 108 Peckham High Street, London, England, SE15 5ED
Email: contact@eerauk.com
Telephone: 020 8050 3629
Website: www.eerauk.com

EERA provides recruitment, career development, business support, talent development and creative services.

References in these Terms to “EERA”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean EERA LTD.

References to “you” or “your” mean the person using the website or portal, creating an account, making an enquiry, purchasing a service, or acting for a business or other organisation.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms govern:

  • access to and use of the EERA website;

  • Wix member accounts used to access EERA services;

  • the My EERA individual portal;

  • the EERA for Business portal;

  • free portal tools and resources;

  • general enquiries and consultation requests;

  • online purchases where no separate terms are provided; and

  • acceptable use of EERA’s digital services.

A particular recruitment instruction, consultancy project, creative service, development programme, management arrangement, purchase or other paid engagement may also be governed by:

  • a signed agreement;

  • a proposal or statement of work;

  • a recruitment brief;

  • client Terms of Business;

  • a checkout description;

  • programme rules;

  • separate optional-service terms;

  • a management agreement;

  • an invoice;

  • or other written terms accepted by the relevant parties.

Where there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement for that service takes priority over these general Terms.

EERA’s Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of the information governing use of the website, portals and paid services, but they address different subjects.

3. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, using a portal, submitting information, requesting a service, placing an order or otherwise using an EERA digital service, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;

  • you agree to comply with them;

  • information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge; and

  • where you act for an organisation, you have authority to act for it.

Merely viewing a public page does not create a paid-service contract.

A paid-service contract is created only when the applicable checkout, proposal, service confirmation or separate agreement states that EERA has accepted the order or instruction.

4. Eligibility and users under 18

The self-service candidate and business portals are intended for people aged 18 or over.

You must not create a self-service portal account for a person under 18 or enter their information without first contacting EERA.

Where a service concerns someone under 18, EERA must agree appropriate:

  • parental or guardian authority;

  • safeguarding arrangements;

  • communication routes;

  • privacy information;

  • service scope;

  • representation terms; and

  • permissions.

These general Terms do not by themselves create a child-facing service or authorise EERA to represent a minor.

5. Accounts and security

Some EERA services require a Wix member account and verified email address.

You must:

  • provide accurate account information;

  • keep your sign-in details secure;

  • not share your account with another person;

  • use only an account you are authorised to use;

  • notify EERA promptly if you believe your account has been compromised;

  • sign out when using a shared device; and

  • comply with reasonable account-verification and security requests.

You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity arose after you notified EERA of an unauthorised-access concern and EERA had a reasonable opportunity to act.

Business accounts may permit more than one authorised team member. Each person must use their own authorised access where that functionality is provided.

EERA may require additional verification before:

  • changing account ownership;

  • changing a primary email address;

  • adding a business administrator;

  • disclosing confidential information;

  • processing a rights request; or

  • restoring suspended access.

6. Demo and preview workspaces

A page identified as a sample, preview or demonstration workspace is provided only to show how the portal may operate.

You must not enter:

  • real candidate information;

  • real client information;

  • confidential business information;

  • real CVs;

  • identity documents;

  • health information;

  • payment information;

  • or any other personal information

into a demonstration workspace.

Demonstration records may be fictional and may be stored only in the browser being used. EERA does not treat a demonstration entry as a live application, instruction, request, purchase or business record.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the website and portals lawfully, honestly and only for their intended purpose.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person or organisation;

  • create false or misleading profiles;

  • submit information you know to be materially inaccurate;

  • access another user’s account or records;

  • share or attempt to discover another user’s credentials;

  • circumvent permissions or security controls;

  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract information;

  • use automated tools to place excessive demands on the service;

  • reverse engineer or interfere with portal code;

  • upload malware or harmful files;

  • probe or test security without written authorisation;

  • send abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or unlawful material;

  • infringe another person’s intellectual-property, confidentiality or privacy rights;

  • upload information you are not entitled to disclose;

  • use the service to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination or exploitation;

  • contact candidates or talent outside the agreed EERA introduction route;

  • use portal information to build an unauthorised candidate or business database; or

  • use the website or portals in a way likely to damage EERA, another user or the service.

You must not upload passwords, private account credentials, full payment-card data or government-system login details.

EERA may investigate suspected misuse and may preserve or disclose relevant information where lawfully required.

8. Nature of EERA’s services

EERA may provide or coordinate services including:

  • permanent recruitment;

  • candidate sourcing and screening;

  • interview coordination;

  • onboarding support;

  • placement aftercare;

  • career planning;

  • CV and LinkedIn support;

  • interview preparation;

  • business and people consultancy;

  • operational support;

  • branding and creative services;

  • programme delivery;

  • talent-development support;

  • artist-management collaboration;

  • and related resources.

The precise scope of a service is determined by the applicable proposal, brief, checkout description or written agreement.

Use of the website or portal alone does not create:

  • an employment relationship;

  • a worker relationship;

  • a partnership;

  • a joint venture;

  • an exclusive agency;

  • a management appointment;

  • authority to bind EERA;

  • or a guarantee that EERA will accept an instruction.

9. Work-finding services for candidates

EERA does not charge work-seekers a fee for finding or trying to find employment.

Candidates are not required to purchase CV writing, coaching, branding, training or any other optional service in order to:

  • register with EERA;

  • be considered for suitable work;

  • receive ordinary work-finding services;

  • or receive fair consideration for an opportunity.

Buying an optional service does not:

  • guarantee employment;

  • guarantee an interview;

  • guarantee an introduction;

  • improve recruitment priority;

  • override role requirements;

  • or influence an employer’s decision.

EERA may decide not to progress an application where:

  • the person has not approved the introduction;

  • essential evidence is missing;

  • a lawful or role-specific requirement is not met;

  • the information appears materially inaccurate;

  • the opportunity is no longer available;

  • the client changes or withdraws the requirement;

  • or EERA reasonably considers that an introduction should not be made.

Any decision should be based on relevant, explainable information and not on an unlawful discriminatory criterion.

10. Optional paid services for work-seekers

Where EERA offers a chargeable service to a work-seeker that is separate from work-finding, EERA will provide separate written terms before the service begins.

Those separate terms will identify:

  • the service or goods being supplied;

  • the price;

  • the conditions;

  • the provider;

  • the cancellation right;

  • the required notice period;

  • any refund or rebate arrangements;

  • and any access or delivery period.

Use of the optional service will not be made a condition of EERA providing work-finding services.

Unless another stronger statutory right applies, a work-seeker may cancel a chargeable non-work-finding service without penalty by giving no more than five working days’ notice in writing.

EERA does not currently provide living accommodation under these general Terms.

Services relating to actors, performers, musicians, models, artists or similar talent may be subject to different legal rules and must be governed by separate, sector-appropriate written terms.

11. Candidate information and introductions

A candidate must take reasonable care to ensure that information supplied to EERA is accurate and not misleading.

Candidates should notify EERA of material changes relating to:

  • contact information;

  • work eligibility;

  • availability;

  • qualifications;

  • professional registration;

  • employment history;

  • restrictions;

  • applications;

  • or information already shared with a client.

EERA will normally discuss a named opportunity with the candidate before sending identifiable information to the prospective employer.

Candidate approval should identify, where relevant:

  • the named client;

  • the vacancy or project;

  • the CV or portfolio version;

  • the information to be shared;

  • and any agreed limitation.

An approval to discuss or submit one opportunity is not blanket approval for all future introductions.

Previously downloaded or lawfully retained information cannot always be recalled after it has been shared. EERA will nevertheless consider reasonable withdrawal, correction and restriction requests.

12. Client and business responsibilities

A client or business user must:

  • provide accurate legal and trading details;

  • ensure that authorised contacts have authority to act;

  • provide a truthful and sufficiently complete brief;

  • use lawful, role-related selection criteria;

  • provide accurate salary, location, working-pattern and role information;

  • identify essential checks and professional requirements;

  • maintain a lawful, safe and non-discriminatory workplace;

  • make timely decisions and provide relevant feedback;

  • protect candidate information;

  • use candidate information only for the agreed purpose;

  • not contact or engage an introduced person outside agreed terms;

  • and comply with its obligations as employer, engager or service recipient.

Unless a written agreement expressly transfers a particular task to EERA, the client remains responsible for matters including:

  • the final hiring decision;

  • employment status;

  • written employment particulars;

  • pay;

  • payroll;

  • pension duties;

  • right-to-work responsibility;

  • health and safety;

  • workplace adjustments;

  • supervision;

  • training;

  • disciplinary or grievance procedures;

  • and compliance with employment law.

EERA may coordinate or support checks, but coordination does not automatically transfer the underlying legal duty.

13. Recruitment briefs and service requests

A recruitment brief, project request or business profile does not oblige EERA to accept the work.

EERA may request clarification or additional information before accepting an instruction.

A recruitment target, service level or delivery timetable applies only where EERA has expressly accepted it in writing.

A stated shortlist target is subject to:

  • receipt of a complete and approved brief;

  • a realistic salary and market proposition;

  • lawful and sufficiently clear criteria;

  • client interview availability;

  • candidate availability;

  • and the continuing availability of the role.

EERA will not submit unsuitable candidates merely to meet a numerical target.

Where circumstances affect delivery, EERA and the client should agree any revised target, scope or deadline in writing.

14. Matching, suggestions and business-readiness tools

Portal matching and suggestion tools are intended to support human review.

Candidate matching may compare text in an approved profile or document with stated opportunity criteria.

It may:

  • identify apparent supporting evidence;

  • highlight missing information;

  • suggest questions;

  • or help organise a manual review.

It may miss context, misread a document or produce an incomplete result.

The tool does not:

  • verify qualifications;

  • establish legal work eligibility;

  • make a final suitability decision;

  • automatically reject a candidate;

  • automatically send an application;

  • or automatically disclose information to a client.

EERA remains responsible for any introduction decision within its control. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.

Business-readiness tools may identify missing information, reported risks, setup gaps or possible support needs. They are not:

  • a legal audit;

  • regulatory certification;

  • tax advice;

  • financial advice;

  • employment-law advice;

  • or a guarantee that a business is compliant.

A user may request human clarification of a portal suggestion.

15. Talent, artist, athlete and creative services

General portal access does not appoint EERA as an artist manager, agent, promoter, sports representative or exclusive representative.

Any management, representation, commission, exclusivity, authority, intellectual-property licence or revenue-sharing arrangement must be set out in a separate written agreement.

A proposal, opportunity or portal approval does not by itself:

  • sign a management agreement;

  • transfer intellectual-property ownership;

  • authorise EERA to enter a contract on someone’s behalf;

  • confirm an engagement;

  • or authorise a commission.

A named opportunity must be reviewed against its own scope, fees, rights, obligations and version.

16. Documents and user content

You retain ownership of content you own and submit to EERA.

By submitting content, you grant EERA a non-exclusive, limited licence to:

  • store;

  • copy;

  • process;

  • organise;

  • display to authorised users;

  • and transmit to an approved recipient

only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer or evidence the requested service.

You confirm that:

  • you are entitled to submit the content;

  • its use for the stated purpose does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights;

  • you have obtained required permissions;

  • and confidential third-party information is included only where necessary and authorised.

EERA may reject, quarantine, restrict or remove content that appears unsafe, unlawful, irrelevant, excessively sensitive or inconsistent with these Terms.

General upload areas must not be used for:

  • passwords;

  • payment-card data;

  • criminal-record certificates;

  • full identity documents;

  • detailed medical records;

  • or highly sensitive evidence

unless EERA has provided a specifically approved secure route.

Live uploads may remain unavailable until EERA has implemented an approved private malware-scanning process.

17. EERA intellectual property

The EERA name, logo, visual identity, website, portal design, software, workflows, templates, guides, resources and original content are owned by or licensed to EERA.

Unless a specific licence says otherwise, EERA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the relevant website, portal or purchased resource for its intended purpose.

You must not:

  • resell;

  • sublicense;

  • distribute;

  • publish;

  • reproduce commercially;

  • remove ownership notices;

  • create an unauthorised derivative product;

  • or make EERA materials available to others

without written permission.

A business may share a purchased resource internally only to the extent stated in the applicable product description or licence.

Nothing in these Terms transfers EERA’s intellectual-property ownership to you.

18. Confidentiality

Each party must take reasonable care to protect confidential information received in connection with an agreed service.

Confidential information may include:

  • business plans;

  • candidate information;

  • unpublished creative work;

  • commercial terms;

  • internal processes;

  • security information;

  • project material;

  • and information identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • is lawfully public;

  • was already lawfully known without restriction;

  • is independently developed;

  • is lawfully received from another source;

  • must be disclosed by law, court or regulator;

  • or is disclosed with permission.

Where disclosure is legally required, the receiving party should, where lawful and practicable, give appropriate notice and disclose only what is required.

Separate confidentiality or non-disclosure terms may apply to a specific project.

19. Prices, orders and payments

Prices and service scope will be shown in the applicable:

  • product page;

  • checkout;

  • proposal;

  • order confirmation;

  • invoice;

  • or separate agreement.

Any applicable tax treatment will be displayed or stated where required.

You are responsible for checking before purchase:

  • the seller;

  • total price;

  • service description;

  • delivery or access period;

  • included work;

  • exclusions;

  • cancellation terms;

  • and any licence restrictions.

EERA may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. Where payment has already been taken and EERA cannot fulfil the order on the corrected basis, EERA will offer the lawful available choice, which may include cancellation and refund.

Payment must be made using an accepted method and by the stated due date.

Where an invoice or instalment arrangement is agreed, its schedule and consequences will be set out separately.

Any pay-in-instalments arrangement:

  • requires express written agreement;

  • does not alter the total price unless stated;

  • does not create an entitlement to future instalment plans;

  • and may be withdrawn before acceptance.

EERA may pause unpaid work after reasonable notice where payment is overdue, subject to the contract and applicable law.

20. Wix checkout and portal access

Purchases are completed through the EERA Wix website or the payment service identified at checkout.

The Cloudflare portal does not itself collect full payment-card information.

A successful payment does not automatically unlock every portal feature unless the relevant product includes portal access and the required payment confirmation has been received.

Where a product grants time-limited access:

  • the access period will be shown before purchase;

  • access starts at the time stated in the product description or confirmation;

  • expiry does not remove records that EERA must retain;

  • and access to included recruitment aftercare will not be made dependent on buying an optional premium resource.

EERA may delay access while investigating:

  • a failed or reversed payment;

  • suspected fraud;

  • an account mismatch;

  • duplicate purchases;

  • or a security concern.

21. Cancellation and refunds

The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the general process for consumers, businesses, services, optional work-seeker services and digital content.

Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right.

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, the customer may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for an online service or digital-content contract, subject to applicable exceptions and the rules on early performance.

A customer who wants EERA to begin a service during a cancellation period may be asked to make an express request.

Where permitted by law, a consumer who cancels after requesting early performance may be charged a fair proportion for work properly completed before cancellation.

Digital content intended for immediate access will be supplied within the cancellation period only after the consumer has given the required express consent and acknowledged the applicable effect on the cancellation right.

Business-customer cancellation rights are governed principally by the applicable proposal, service agreement or order terms.

Work-seekers receiving an optional paid non-work-finding service also retain the cancellation protections described in section 10.

22. Third-party services and links

The website and portals may connect to or rely on third-party services, including Wix, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, payment providers, booking systems, document-security providers and other authorised suppliers.

A third party may have its own terms and privacy information.

EERA is not responsible for an independent third party’s content, availability or conduct merely because EERA provides a link to it.

However, EERA remains responsible for its own obligations and for selecting and managing processors where data-protection law requires it.

You must not use a third-party service in breach of its terms.

23. Privacy and cookies

Use of personal information is governed by EERA’s Privacy Policy.

The website and portals use essential cookies or similar technologies for functions such as:

  • member authentication;

  • session security;

  • account continuity;

  • checkout;

  • and requested website features.

Wix may provide its own cookie information and preference controls.

Non-essential analytics, marketing or advertising technologies will not be introduced without the information and choice required by applicable law.

24. Communications and electronic records

You agree that EERA may send service communications electronically to the email address or account associated with your request.

Service communications may include:

  • account messages;

  • security notices;

  • application updates;

  • interview coordination;

  • project information;

  • order confirmations;

  • invoices;

  • aftercare reminders;

  • legal notices;

  • and responses to requests.

Marketing communications are separate and require the applicable permission or lawful basis.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and checking relevant messages.

Electronic records, approvals and timestamps may be used to evidence:

  • instructions;

  • versions;

  • acknowledgements;

  • approvals;

  • submissions;

  • and service activity.

25. Availability, maintenance and changes

EERA aims to keep its digital services reasonably available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Access may be interrupted by:

  • maintenance;

  • updates;

  • internet or supplier failures;

  • cyber incidents;

  • emergency work;

  • legal restrictions;

  • or events outside EERA’s reasonable control.

EERA may change, replace or withdraw a free portal feature where reasonably necessary.

Where a material change affects a paid service, EERA will act in accordance with the applicable contract and legal rights.

You should keep your own lawful copies of documents and records that you may need independently.

26. Suspension and termination

EERA may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect security;

  • investigate suspected misuse;

  • prevent harm;

  • comply with law;

  • respond to a payment issue;

  • preserve evidence;

  • protect another user;

  • or address a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, EERA will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct the issue.

EERA may terminate access where:

  • a serious or repeated breach occurs;

  • an account is fraudulent;

  • continued access creates a material security or legal risk;

  • a required service relationship has ended;

  • or a separate agreement permits termination.

You may stop using the portal or request account closure.

Account closure does not automatically:

  • cancel a paid contract;

  • cancel an invoice;

  • withdraw an approved application;

  • recall information already shared;

  • or delete information that EERA must retain.

27. Aftercare, complaints and support

Recruitment aftercare may include separate candidate and client conversations at agreed stages.

Aftercare is intended to:

  • record experience;

  • clarify concerns;

  • agree practical next steps;

  • support retention;

  • and identify development needs.

It is not:

  • an emergency service;

  • a substitute for an employer’s grievance or disciplinary process;

  • independent statutory mediation;

  • legal representation;

  • clinical support;

  • or a guarantee that employment will continue.

Urgent danger, safeguarding concerns or suspected crime should be reported through the appropriate emergency, employer or public-authority route.

A concern submitted through the portal will be reviewed by authorised EERA staff, but the portal is not continuously monitored.

28. Information and professional advice

General website, portal and resource information is provided for practical guidance.

Unless a service is expressly supplied by a suitably qualified professional under a specific agreement, EERA does not provide:

  • legal advice;

  • regulated financial advice;

  • tax advice;

  • medical advice;

  • clinical advice;

  • immigration advice;

  • or regulatory certification.

You should obtain independent professional advice where a decision requires it.

Business-readiness responses and recruitment guidance do not replace the business’s own legal, professional or management responsibilities.

29. No guaranteed outcome

EERA will perform an agreed consumer service with the care and skill required by law and will perform a business service in accordance with the applicable agreement.

However, unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, EERA does not guarantee:

  • employment;

  • an interview;

  • a minimum number of suitable candidates;

  • a hire;

  • a placement;

  • continued employment;

  • business growth;

  • investment;

  • audience growth;

  • media coverage;

  • a creative opportunity;

  • a sponsorship;

  • regulatory approval;

  • or a particular commercial result.

Recruitment and business outcomes depend on factors outside EERA’s control, including decisions by candidates, clients, employers, partners, platforms and third parties.

A target or projection is not a guarantee unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise.

30. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded;

  • or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Consumers

Where you are a consumer, EERA is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by EERA’s breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

EERA is not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Where you use a consumer service for business purposes, EERA is not responsible under the consumer contract for business losses such as lost profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Business users

Where you act wholly or mainly for a business, EERA will not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise.

Any financial cap, indemnity or service-specific allocation of risk must be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. These general website Terms do not replace a separately agreed liability provision.

Each party must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss.

EERA is not responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control where it has taken reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance.

31. Complaints

Questions or complaints should be sent to:

Email: contact@eerauk.com
Telephone: 020 8050 3629
Post: EERA LTD, 108 Peckham High Street, London, England, SE15 5ED

Please provide:

  • your name;

  • relevant account or reference;

  • a description of the issue;

  • the outcome sought;

  • and any relevant evidence.

EERA will acknowledge and investigate the concern through the appropriate route.

A complaint does not prevent you from contacting an appropriate regulator, public authority, court, adviser or alternative dispute-resolution body where applicable.

32. Changes to these Terms

EERA may update these Terms to reflect:

  • service changes;

  • legal or regulatory changes;

  • security improvements;

  • new technology;

  • new suppliers;

  • or clearer wording.

The version and effective date will appear at the top of the page.

A material change affecting existing portal users may also be notified through the portal or by email.

A change to these general Terms will not retrospectively replace an existing signed service agreement unless the parties lawfully agree to that change.

Continued use after a notified future effective date may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where legally appropriate. Where fresh express agreement is required, EERA will request it.

33. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise.

The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve a dispute through direct communication before beginning proceedings, but this does not remove any legal right or time limit.

34. General provisions

If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

No person other than EERA and the person or organisation accepting the relevant Terms may enforce them, except where a specific agreement expressly provides otherwise.

EERA may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a genuine business reorganisation, merger or sale, provided this does not reduce a consumer’s rights.

You may not transfer an account or service contract without EERA’s written agreement.

Headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
