Chantal established the business to redefine recruitment through clear processes, legal rigour, and genuine relationships. Backed by over 10 years of hands-on retail leadership experience, including managing teams, performance development, and complex people matters, Chantal saw first-hand the impact that fair hiring and strong workplace culture have on both businesses and individuals.

 

Achieving a Diploma in Recruitment, certificates in Safer Recruitment and Mental Health Awareness and driven by a commitment to ethical practice, she leads EERA’s vision to deliver specialist solutions that protect organisations whilst empowering candidates to progress sustainably in their careers.

Senior Consultant

An experienced early years professional and business leader with a strong background in nursery management and operational leadership. With a proven track record of driving high standards in childcare and education, she has successfully led teams and supported nursery settings through growth and improvement.


Now serving as an Area Manager, Kristal oversees multiple sites, working closely with teams to ensure consistent quality, strong performance and outstanding early years provision. She is passionate about developing teams, improving educational outcomes and creating nurturing environments where both children and educators can thrive.
